Tangent International are urgently looking for a 4G Optimization Engineer to work a 3 month rolling contract based in South Africa (Cape Town). 

Job Description:
- Responsible and accountable for QoS/QoE in 2G/3G/4G in one region
- Handle all optimization activities to meet and exceed customer KPIs   targets
- Capacity audit and upgrade recommendations
- Customer complaints resolution
- Submit reports including(specific opt report, event assurance report, customer complain report, ad-hoc report, etc)

Experience & Qualification:
- Min 4 years of experience in similar role
- Proven Experience in 4G and 3G optimization successful project
- 4G+ optimization proven experience
- MR and Cx data based investigations
- Full proficiency in OSS , traces KPIs based investigations
- Proficient with RF opt tools(TEMS/NEMO/etc...) 
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
